With over sixty years of combined and diverse real estate knowledge, William Boettner, Douglas Milburn and Chris Weymouth understood that the real estate industry needed to be more customer centered. Chris Weymouth - Partner - Sales Agent
Chris has been in the housing industry since 1991 selling and marketing homes. With a list a hundreds of satisfied customers in the central Maryland region, Chris brings to Weymouth Realty a diverse, extensive and successful background in sales, marketing, customer service and financing.

William Boettner - Partner
Bill has been building and selling homes since 1977 for hundreds of satisfied customers. A graduate of University of Maryland and American University, Bill also was a manager for a national homebuilder receiving numerous awards and designations for customer service and construction quality.

Douglas Milburn - Partner
Doug a graduate of Virginia Tech has been selling, marketing and building homes since 1983 and has been focusing his attention on providing the finest customer service. His diverse skills in construction, marketing and attention to detail help Weymouth Realty achieve its goal of complete customer service.
